How long does it take for a recruiter to get a jag review back?

It takes from the time they take to dry packet ready,then sent to the look at it place, then to the place that takes action, then the two extra places and somebodies in/out box to rest awhile, then how long it takes to find its way back to the guy that started it. That’s it unless it was returned to get something else added. So it takes just long enough in clock time it could be 5 minutes. Or it could be three days after one retires with 20 years

Depends of their workload. Should be no more than 48hrs
