It took me several months. There are some things that still bother me a lot...like how it's okay to be consistently late in some civilian organizations.

I can definitely agree with people in the corporate/civilian sector consistently being late.

I guess everyone situation is different, in my case, my major adjustment was the workforce, and adjusting and facing the reality, everyone doesn't have the same drive and conviction I was accustomed to in the military

SGT Walton, You Sir, nailed that one.. The biggest hurdle to overcome is that other people do not share the same drive and conviction that we have grown accustomed to seeing in other people that we associate with.. Well Said Sir..
