I received my offer letter 2.5 weeks ago for the Hip Pocket scholarship, at which point I submitted the 4187/request for discharge through my S1, and posted my signed response to the offer letter on the Green to Gold portal. Cadet Command validated the document, and that was it. I also submitted the documents enclosed in my commander’s letter to my school’s PMS.

Should I be concerned that I have not been notified of being placed on assignment yet? If so, who is the proper person to reach out to?

Any advice is appreciated. I’m supposed to move to Hawaii in 4 weeks (discharge date to be July 15), so I’m getting a little nervous.

You realize that if you're being discharged, there is no assignment? You would only be placed on assignment if you were staying in the Army like the Active Duty Option. You're being separated to pursue college, you can't be on assignment after your ETS. You need to be preparing to transition to being a civilian, setting up your travel, looking for a place to live etc

The only orders you will receive are discharge orders. As for travel I am pretty sure that is your responsibility. At best the Army will cover you up to home of record when you last enlisted. SFC Boyd covered the bases. Good luck in your future.
