More specifically, does the 27(28?) day course include weekends? For instance if the course starts March 1st, would it end March 28th?

Yeah, you don't really get weekends off. Maybe get 1 or 2 individual Saturdays to get off post.

If you in ATRRS and search PSYOP or 37F(something among those lines), you can actually find the reclass location, spots available, class code, and exact start/finish date

Your best option will be to contact the sponsor command that runs the course. Don’t count on SWC&S to get you the right answer. Yes, they are the proponent both not the Reserve Component SME.
