I had a corrective jaw surgery with metal plate remaining in my mouth (not visible, with no visible scarring & no complications for a year) paper work was sent back for a little more documentation. does this typically mean a DQ?

When stuff goes up that high it can take a minute. They can be back logged from being short staffed or whatever. You can never put a time line on those things

If it was a DQ, you would have been informed. This is simply the powers that be wanting more information before a decision is made.
