I drink a gallon a day, give or take. I use to eat a lot because I wouldn't understand if my body was hungry or thirsty. I've realized over the years that I was replacing water with food and I gained weight. Water helps replenish you after a good sweat and keeps your body working. I've also eaten less and lost weight because I've increase my water intake. I am currently going through withdrawals of smoking cigarettes and water has helped me a lot.

SSgt Judd Deszeld-Lyons, MHA - The tap, a water cooler that has reverse osmosis technology, bottled. For coffee, I use my Kurig w/ fresh ground Michigan cherry coffee. Delicious! Also I get whatever my civilian employer has available.

A lot.....I drink at least a liter when I get home, maybe a liter and a half, plus several throughout the day. Was a big part of my weight loss program when I was trying to lose weight , and it has stuck with me ever since

Boot camp had a big hand in the water intake, lol. I heard a shipmate of mine had a RDC who had one of his recruits fall out because he was dehydrated. The IT consisted of drinking at least 16 oz of water per 15 minutes while doing physical training. Let's just say, things got a bit messy but the point was noted.

Recycling that way is great. Do you fill your bottle from your water faucet?
