Im retired but probably wear mine more than many active troops. I can easily count 6 times, Vets Day, Memorial Day, Judging or giving awards at JROTC drill meets (3x), Army Ball;, ROA Banquet. There's 7 times!

Once a year for general inspection. I enjoy wearing it and don't see why we can't use it more often.

It is fairly rare that we wear our ASU's for anything in the Guard. However, while I was a ROTC cadet, we wore the dress uniform several times a term and for many ceremonies and other events.

Typically Service Dress (Winter) or Tropical Blue Long (Summer) a couple of times a year depending on commitments. Once in a while Dinner Dress Blue/White Jacket for really formal things (my wife's favorite uniform ;-))
Otherwise it's utilities....

Once a year. Maybe. Unless we're doing an inspection or I've won an award and need to meet a board, I don't wear them.

Capt (Join to see)
LTC (Join to see), Lt Col (Join to see), if we're talking Service Dress, then I've worn them when I met the Deserving Airman Commissioning Program Board, and I met them for the Airman of the Wing board back when I was enlisted.
If we're talking Mess Dress, once a year at the annual awards banquet.

Ah. I went straight to OTS...and I'm a flyer. So I'm not that familiar with the awards process on the enlisted side.

Got it, Lt Col (Join to see). I just left a flying squadron, and other than special ceremonies, I don't remember our commissioned flyers wearing service dress that often.
