How many wins do you think the Vegas Golden Knights will have in their Inaugural NHL Season?

First year teams average 22 wins in their first season. That includes teams that started when there were only six or twelve teams. Do you think that the Vegas Golden Knights will win more, less or right at the average for a new team in the NHL?
