How much more can the Secret Service screw up?

Couldn't get to your site, LTC Monte Anderson, but I've been saying that a whole paradigm shift is required at the Secret Service. It's similar to the police brutality (shootings, beatings, etc.) we've witnessed in the recent past. Some folks in these types of agencies let the power go to their head and start sliding down a slippery slope. Same could be said for the VA.

Changing the top dog out is a step in the right direction, but what really needs to happen is a culture change, a paradigm shift. The guys and gals at the bottom, the worker bees, have to embrace change. If they don't, things won't change.
