I'm a competitive strength athlete and would like to maintain mass and protect my strength as best as possible. I have a contest in June so I will be fairly lean.

There are plenty of folks that don't eat all of their MREs. I bet you can supplement your intake with these extra tasty portions.

way too many variables.... totally a personal question...what is your metabolism like? what is your mission set? will you leave the truck? do you have excess mre's? just to get started.... but seriously man mission first... mission, men, you.... as an NCO and a Soldier that should be your mentality

You can expect to lose around 10-15 pounds with how little you will eat and how much work you will do. We would do strength exercises with ammo cans to maintain fitness standards
