Holden is correct. Hence; best is to befriend a nice recruiter and play Indian magic to get classed, rather than reclassed. Hahaha.

Indian magic is the pay your way to success method Rob.

I was unaware that retention guys or gals are recruiters Holden; I always thought retention is a function of the AHRC and that USAREC is separate. I could be wrong.

Thank you for filling me in there. I have been trying to make this reclass happen for the last 9 months. So maybe a little bribery isn't a bad idea.

SPC (Join to see) - Bribery is a bad idea. Don't sell your soul, work though your chain and make retention/training NCOs do their job. Then again, take me with a grain of salt, since I managed to get demoted about a month AFTER accepting promotion to E-8!
