I was unaware that retention guys or gals are recruiters Holden; I always thought retention is a function of the AHRC and that USAREC is separate. I could be wrong.

SPC (Join to see) - Bribery is a bad idea. Don't sell your soul, work though your chain and make retention/training NCOs do their job. Then again, take me with a grain of salt, since I managed to get demoted about a month AFTER accepting promotion to E-8!

It all depends on how recruiters fill those class slots the left overs go to reclasses from what I was told
