It just doesn't seem appropriate.

RP is easily searchable and content readily available to the public eye. Do you think the sharing buttons and sharing info should be discouraged ?

SGT (Join to see) - To be honest, it looks like it doesn't need to be discouraged since most rarely if ever use it.

Agree. As uniformed members, some of these posting and conversations need to stay in within the family. Understating NOTHING is private on the internet...

I don't do a hard sell, so I share with some other veteran friends of mine and if they decide to come over, the more the merrier!

Never. If I want to share content here with someone that's not a member, I try to get them to join.

SGT (Join to see) - Doesn't bother me in the least. I'm glad, in fact. As for why I don't, I suppose because I don't really want to contribute avenues for trolls and asshats to show up here. (Which isn't to say that everyone has to think that's a valid reason). That, and I don't use social media much outside of this anyway.

SN Greg Wright - Fair. It does sadden me when I feel the need to use the "block" button.

Join nearly 2 million former and current members of the US military, just like you.
