How should I go about reclassing when my ETS is in May 2020?

I also want to go Active when I ETS out of the Guard.

1) Request a Conditional Release to go Active Duty and select a new MOS when you get to MEPS (if the Conditional Release is approved before May 2020 and the MOS is available).
2) ETS and then go right to a Recruiter and re-up Active Duty and select the MOS you want (if available) when you get to MEPS.

I doubt they approve it bc they are low on numbers in the NG. So I may just wait til my ETS.
