How should I go about securing a class date for 35T when my DEROS from Korea is in 4 months but my ETS is in 12 months?

Looking for advice to Reclassing to 35T
I'm planning on using the reenlistment option when I reenlist to reclass to 35T. I meet the requirements and I have an active TS sci. The problem is my career counselor said there are no class dates posted. I'm currently stationed in Korea my DEROS is in 4 months my ETS is in 12 months. I would prefer to go from Korea directly to the schoolhouse otherwise I'm going to have an extra move to a stateside unit while I wait for a class date to open up. It would be easier to justify an extension if the class date is secured. Can anyone give me some insight into securing a class date?

You cannot create what is not there. Of course it would be nicer to go in route. It is not available, focus on the next step or await your opportunity.

Thanks for the answers, everyone. I'll speak to my retention NCO again and try to work it out further. Hopefully, a class date will become available.

If there's no class seats, then there are no class seats. You can't walk into a store and demand to buy something that's out of stock. Plus, you're 4 months from DEROS you should be on assignment right now. You can't reenlist for training if you're on assignment.
You will PCS from Korea to your new stateside location. Once you are there you can keep requesting a class seat. The earliest class seat you can get must be 12 months after you report
