I’m at AIT for 15W and 160th came up. Is there anyone From the 160th that had a 230 PT score when they came from basic and got a 270+ when they left AIT? I’m focusing on the school part right now, but I really want to go 160th. Any tips on the best way to improve PT fast?

It takes time. When I went to basic training, I was 31 years old. I could run a 12-minute 2-mile but I could not max out my pushups and situps. What I did for myself, aside from working out, was to do or give myself the APFT before I started to work out. Basically, try to max out the push-ups or do as much as you can for push-ups and sit-ups. You can always find some place in the gym to lock up your legs or you do it home by going up against the sofa and putting somebody to sit there or put a couple dumbbells for counterbalance. After I maxed out my push-ups let's say I did 80, I would rest 2 or 3 minutes and then try to do 40 more for a total of 120. Same thing with the sit-ups if you need to do 80 sit-ups, do them and then do 40 more after a few minutes rest. Then do the 2-mile Run by running 8 laps at the track. What I'm talking about is when you have reached your goal of getting 300 or 270 or whatever. If you could do that about once a week, you'll be set. But before you get to the level you want to be, you may have to adjust be patient and allow your body to rest. I mean getting enough sleep. I mean going to the gym and running once all the soreness is gone. Sometimes that may take up to 3 days. That's for me. I'm sure there's some CrossFit or other kinds of workout routines you can do. Just my personal opinion.

Lat I heard they were still able to pick WHO they wanted, they are the cream of the crop, and few folks make up to their level.

There is a private company called "Mountain Training Institute". They offer paid downloads of PT training plans for selection processes of many special operations units. I have no idea how good they may be, but they do offer a fitness distance learning structure for a fee.
