I haven't experienced any cons actually... Pretty straight forward, you can call/text from the GUI and have the calls and texts get directed to your phone. I believe you can also have the # override your cell.... I personally moved to a pay as you go for business. I bought a $9 phone from wal mart, bought 60 minutes for $10... and that's what I do. Two phones so you don't get a business call mixed up with a personal
