On the personal computer: Go to https://web.mail.mil/owa/

DO NOT click the “Email” certificate authentication. I use Google Chrome as a browser also.

You tried everything on Google...
Did you try everything on militarycac.com?
If you have followed all the steps, downloaded the certs and middleware, and are still unable to log in to OWA, you selected the wrong CAC cert, which means you would need to delete your browser history, close and reopen the browser, and select the authentication CAC cert.

militarycac.com is the only way. It is mundane and tedious for the less tech savvy, but the only way. Then once you have it working, don't use said computer for anything but the most basic of web surfing and mil mail.

There is just NO WAY anyone is going to get your computer working from this forum.

You have to have a CAC reader.

I have seen some that have a CAC for their phone and can access their mail through that. I have never looked into it myself but I know its out there.

SSG Steven Borders I was issued a proximity CAC reader for my phone. It worked like crap. It also required some other certificates to be loaded. In the end did not work.
