MAJ Weiss,
Thank you for the offer, I spoke with my buddy and we would love to coordinate with you and schedule a visit. I will message you with more details.
SFC Callan,
Thank you very much. I am working with MAJ Weiss right now to possibly schedule a time for my friend, his family and I to come visit your unit.
SSG Woods,
That's a good point, I will keep that in mind while looking for connections.
1SG Rink,
I will find the local SF Recruiter and see what opportunities are available. I should mention I am in the North Dakota ARNG, so there are no SF units near where I live. Currently, my unit is in the Washington DC area on a state-side deployment, so I will take advantage of the time I have right now.
<p>What you might want to do is look at getting in touch with an SF Recruiter in your area. Here at Fort Riley there is a Team that assists Soldiers in prepping for Selection by getting them ready through, PT, Strengthening and conditioning. The rest is mental. SSG Brown,
Thank you for the links, SORB Recruiting was exactly the type of information I was looking for.
