How to have my orders reflect correctly?

I am currently in the Reserves. For the last year I have been on ADOS orders and those have been provided to me through 90 day increments. I am now currently planning on applying for a Mob through TOD. However one of my ADOS orders are appearing coded as "School" in CSMM. My orders DO say 10 USC ADOS-RC, so my orders were not cut for school. How can I make a change in this so my orders reflect as experience and not school? In addition when applying to the position on TOD my Order history is also not appearing.
