Usually you go through your training NCO or unit administrator (who ever has ATRRS access). Some courses are self enrollment. Since your profile says RC, Health Service I'm guessing ….
School: 555
Course: 6-8-C20B RC DL Phase: 1
Course Title: RC-BASIC OFFICER LEADER

Yes, you go through your Training NCO at your unit or next higher level.

BOLC? Phase 1? Do you mean CCC? How did you get 1LT without BOLC?

For CCC there is an at home On-Line distance learning part which apparently is "not required" to take Phase 1 and Phase 2 because many are having technical difficulties. But you will need to complete it in order to graduate CCC (I actually did knock this out, and when I saw the e-mail traffic about system updates at the start of the year I FREAKED OUT and rushed to finish before 31-DEC. My hunch paid off apparently).

Sir, It's a Direct Commission and a Masters degree allows for commissioning as a 1LT (A Ph.D typically allows for commissioning as a CPT).
I'm referring to BOLC Phase 1 which needs to be completed on ATRRS AFAIK. But I appreciate your comments about CCC which will come in handy for me next year. Thank you!
