SPC Margaret Higgins - That was the 1950 and early '60s. Personally, corporal punishment at home, at school, and elsewhere is EXACTLY what this country needs to HELP get its fundamental affairs back in order. The punishment I received is long gone, even as a memory. It didn't kill me; it taught me many things, and I am here today because of many of them.
