How/where can a National Guard Officer access his ORB?

I've tried through both 1) the HRC Portal (site says ORB is no longer available due to increased security posture), and 2) the ARNG G1 Gateway, but when I go to the G1 Gateway and open up My Record Brief, it gives me an error saying I need to contact the RCMS Help Desk.
It seems some things may have changed recently. Can anybody confirm a way to right now get a copy of their ARNG ORB? Thanks.

I have been trying to get mine for a while now. The first day the G1 Gateway went down I called them. They said it was down for repairs and should be up shortly. It has been a week now. It is pretty bad since we have soldiers that are trying to get their ERBs and can't due to this. I don't really know what to do until they fix it.

Click on "My ARNG Record Brief Home Page" on the right, and then "My Record Brief." Unfortunately I get a RCMS error when trying to go down this path. I'll have to try during the week and call the RCMS Help Desk if it's still down.

ARNG Soldiers can now begin using GoArmyEd (https://www.goarmyed.com) to manage FTA courses that start on or after 1 October 2011.

The only way I have found to get NG records is though the state headquarters where you last served. I made a personal trip to my last state headquarters and they were able to fix me up, including some records from the microfiche days. You can try it on the phone.

Have you gone thru AKO Sir? I was helping my CDR the other day on his board packet and we had to go thru AKO.

AKO takes me to "My Records" which takes me to the same HRC site that says that ORB is no longer available through that channel. I've also gone to iPerms through AKO, but can't find where the ORB can be found? Let me know if you know of specific instructions for it. Thanks.

Have you tried GKO? Just talked to him. He said he had to go thru GKO and then some NGB education site.

LTC Yinon Weiss It's the Reserve Component Manpower System. System may be down. They usually do updates on weeknds(go figure that's when we work). I'm getting same error message.
