How will the new promotion system work for the MSG Board?

I dont know if this question has been asked or its to early to asked but does anyone know how the new promotion system is going to work for now on? meaning MSG promotion board?.

I believe the MSG boards are centralized, and shouldn't be affected much. SFC (Join to see)

Still the same board, just presents an OML number instead of a sequence number
