How would you react if you were on a flight where a family was boo'd for being allowed off the plane first to receive their soldier's body?

I would immediately use the PA system for the cabin (yes, I know how) and announce, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I'd like you to know that you are booing the family of a service member who has given his life for our country. If you think that your schedule is more important than this family's loss of a loved one for the sake of our freedom, please continue to boo. Otherwise, sit down and show some class."

Irrelevant. The question was "How would you react if . . . . . ." It hasn't happened lately, but during Vietnam, we were booed in many an airport if it was shown we were military, and on more than one occasion, there was no respect given when soldiers were being transported in the cargo bay. This is way before your time, back when patriotism wasn't popular, but our dedication was.

Granted, Vietnam era would definately ne ab exception.
Otherwise, it's a false narrative.
I have seen tons of such fake questions out there like:
Should they stop playing the national anthem at sporting events,...
Fake questions designed to infuriate.

You can't win an argument with an idiot. there's no point in arguing with someone who has decided they hate everyone in uniform.

Maintain you respect and focus on the task at hand. Many have zero empathy or understanding.

I would hope that doesn't happen, but if it did, I would probably try to identify the person booing and shame them a bit.
