How long does it take to get an assignment after being put on the consideration list to go AD as a 255A? What else can I expect?

I am a 255A, Army Reserves, decided to go AGR... got an email 2 weeks ago telling me I am on the Consideration list. What to expect now? How long did it take to get an assignment after being put on the consideration list? Any other info is appreciated.

Sir, you now have to do the Wait Game. Since HRC manages the AGRs, you will have one year on the clock to be selected. If you are not selected before that year runs out, you have to resubmit.
