f you are ever PCS'd overseas it behooves you to practice before hand and be the best shot you can possibly be. (Regardless of MOS) I had a signal MOS but spent some amount of time in actual combat that was not expected while in Korea in 1968.

SrA (Join to see) - I've been retired for a few years so my info may be a bit dated..... IF memory serves correctly, the weapons qual is dependent on location, AFSC, and duty position you're being assigned to. Talk to your relocation specialist at your local MPF or Orderly Room. They should be able to give you the information you need. And good luck on the new assignment! I always enjoyed my overseas tours.
