I am currently serving my first tour as an AGR Recruiter. Has anyone gone from AGR Recruiter to a regular AGR position?

It can be done, but it was pretty difficult to do in the past. A lot will depend upon your MOS and unit AGR vacancies?

USAREC. From what I have gathered these past few years it’s probably not going to happen.

Gotcha. Sorry I can’t speak intelligently about that side of the house. My only recommendation would be to acquire another MOS that fits well with AGR (92Y/42A) and keep working your connections.
