Not to sound like a dick, but people are going to be less inclined to help you out if you don't first help yourself. You have all the resources you need on the internet to complete a packet these days. It's the finer details you need to worry about later on once you're wrapping up your packet.

I am not a warrant however i have done a lot of research. Take and pass the sift test first. You have to score 40 i believe. After that you schedule a flight physical. After that you can begin to put your packet together. You need a LOR from you me company commander and 1sgt. As well as two from CW3-5.
