My S-1, nor my career manager knows what to do, to my surprise. They only know a 4187 is required.

If you would like to continue as an AGR there are possibilities for compassionate reassignments for soldiers in your shoes. This could allow you to PCS closer to family for assistance with your spouse or even to healthcare facilities that are top notch in their particular fields. I would recommend this route first if you still want to stay in the program.

Thanks, Sir! My unit supports me but my BN could not care any less. I am definitely going to REFRAD out. I have the financial wherewithal to not NEED to stay in.

I have seen numerous soldiers come off the program and return if they got selected.

I am staying in TPU land and will use Tricare reserve select. We will be relocating with family and will have a job lined up working per diem. Money and healthcare will be alright I ask because I cannot continue to leave my spouse so regularly which is why I am asking this question.
