I am filling out my Reserve Retirement Application. It says I need to fill out a DD Form 2656?

Then it says I need a DD Form 2656-5 and 6. Isn't the 2656-5 the exact same thing as the 2656? Is it necessary to also fill that out?

I was on an hour hold with HRC when I posted this question. I finally found the answer by calling some other number and got help. Thanks for your answer.

Not an expert, will start filling mine out in December, but Sir, your RRC should have a retirement team that can answer that. I know the 81st RRC does and the 88th RRC, they have been very helpful to me so far in my questions.
