I am in the Army, but I want join the Air Force as an officer. Can someone please assist me?

You need to talk with an Air Force recruiter. If you are still serving your current contract with the Army then that might now be an option right now. You will probably have to complete your contract, ETS, and then apply for AF OCS.

Do you have a degree?

Well, first off, you'll have to have a degree - and if you want to be competitive it'll have to be in a STEM field. Talk with an Air Force Recruiter about the process - you'll have to complete your present tour, and if you have more than 6-years in the Army, you MAY not be able to transfer (they don't take kindly to longevity in other services).
