I am in this dilemma of doing 20 years or getting out. With global scenario, is serving even considered honorable?

You are not doing it for others, you are doing it for you and your family. Serving is valued by many, not all. If you are happy with the service, keep going, if not go home.

I fairly enjoy doing it. And would love to do so till I am kicked out or have to leave.

If you even have to question whether your service is honorable it might be time to get out.

What Global scenario? You either serve out of serving the nation and helping people, anything else won't help you go the route.
