I am a prior enlisted ARNG. I am finishing my MSW (later this week). I am interested in coming back as a social worker and working with fellow soldiers in the field. I have been contacted by several ARNG recruiters about coming back as a direct commission 73A now that I will have my MSW. From my own research with AMEDD you need to have an LCSW. I am just curious to learn about some of your experiences going into this field especially if you are direct commission. Thank you for your time and for your service!
