I am receiving a disability percentage over the required 10% for voc rehab. If I work part time currently, can I still receive voc rehab?

Yes you can, unless it is determined that you are working at your highest possible capabilities. Remember, Voc Rehab is not an education program, it is an employment program. Your entitlement may also be affected by any GI Bill benefits you already used. Things have changed about that since I worked as a VR Counselor. I recommend applying for the benefit and if there is a problem, get your Veterans Service Officer involved.
