Thank you for the tip :) I'm new to RallyPoint and the country location depends on language and clearance level.. So for example, Arabic is in Kuwait however Romanian is in Romania.

That's cool, nevertheless you need to be a bit more specific. Take the guesswork away from your potential employees. As you prospect please provide as much information you as are allowed with regards to your positions. There are many highly qualified folks on RP so it's a win - win situation. By the way, I'm a native Spanish speaker (DLPT 3/3)... Got something in that venue? Most likely no but it goes to my point your original post: is too broad. Again, I'm sure you will find plenty of qualified folks here on RP!
