Fort Sill, OK; JBLM Washington; Fort Bragg, SC; Fort Hood, TX; Fort Carson, CO; Fort Richardson, AK; Germany, Korea, I am fairly certain that the 196th Infantry BDE in Hawaii has Arty units,

Pretty much anywhere has one.

Wiki the list of US bases. Then google search "base name" + field artillery and you will easily see which posts have FA units. I bet almost all of them use 13B

Fort example, take Ft Carson, CO. the google search brings up 2-77th, 2-12th, and 3-29th FA

Any place that has Artillery, look at the larger bases and see what maneuver units are there. This may be a good time to ask for a place like Fort Bragg, as you might get Airborne school out of it.

I am told I can have my pick of duty stations as long as I stay 13B. What are the duty stations for 13B?

There are NO Army Divisions at Ft Sam. That is why there are no FA units. If you wanted Ft Sam, you should go medical.

PV2 Sterger, if you want to see all of the authorized duty positions for an MOS you can log in to the Army Career Tracker at https://actnow.army.mil Once you log on, click the green "Plan" icon on the left. From there, go to "Duty Position" search and sort by your grade, status, and MOS. This tool will show you all authorizations for MOS's and what posts they are located at. Keep in mind, this displays authorizations, it does not mean that all of those authorizations are currently available. It should still help with your question.
