I created my profile and accidently selected E4-CPL but I was a E4 SPC and I do not see an option in edit profile. Can I change that?

Just resolved this issue. For others who may run into the same problem you do not go to "edit profile" but further down on the list of visible ranks you'd have to add the rank itself.

Dammit. I was going to suggest you go to your S-1 and force them to laterally appoint you to CPL.
