PFC....get outside and run. Unless you have a heart condition or shin splints or something you should be improving with rest in between., Eat right and make no excuses Soldier.

I am assuming that you meant to say that you failed to keep up with your running..own it...learn from the consequences that you are about to suffer...and do not let it happen again.

Absolutely. I didn't keep up with it. I have been running as of the last month and made improvements and I know I can do it but I always have that fear. I am looking fir suggestions to better it faster. I was told doing 200 meter sprints and jogging 100 would do me good but I am wondering if any other methods would work well?

RUN! Not just 2 miles, need to be running at least 3 miles at whatever your mile pace is to pass. Running 3 or more will ensure you have reserve fuel for the 2.

My advice is purely based on how long you have before your APFT. 2-3 months, use Google or FM 7-22 and get to work. If it's within the next 2 weeks, there's not much you can do but learn from this and do better next time.
