I go to BCT soon as a 92y with an Opt40. My wife got pregnant and I don't want to do Ranger (but still want Airborne). Can I drop just RASP?

You could have started by not being a scum bag and taking a contract with RASP if you had no intention of being a Ranger. Guys who take 18x or Op40 from motivated individuals just so they can sham their way to some jump wings are all POS. Go to RASP

Had a lot of guys go through Airborne with me that did this. You will go to airborne and usually they will have a meeting and ask people bc they don’t want people going that don’t want to be there. Yankee school is too easy but pay attention to regulation and take good notes during G Army classes. Be ready to take over a supply room. I was in an E6 role right away as a PFC.
