I have seen someone not able to because he failed a pt test.

1. Are you still qualified to get that MOS, 2. Is the a need currently for your MOS. 3. Is your MOS open?

Well 11B no problem.
Technical MOSs maybe but depends od what and if you continued to improve in the field. if you did improve - try Warrent Officer Recruiting.
