Not for terminal leave, no. If the commander authorized you to go in the hole for 15 days you'd lose half a month of base pay at your ETS.

No you cannot, under normal circumstances. If you have some compelling reason then you will lose pay and service credit on the way out. Thank you for your service.

It's ETS. You are getting out. Why would the Army give you days that you will never earn back? If you are concerned that you need more days then go to your retention nco and re-up and simply save your days and work the system so you ETS with near 90 days. Done.
