I got LATE ADT orders for a school and I'm scheduled to be gone for a month. I am just trying to cover my bases and make sure my job is secure. I am a Union member and I have a Union Rep (AFGE). Also I know of ESGR but have never interacted with them before. Anyway My supervisor is a Vet and he is a okay dude but at the end of the day I don't trust em. Jus trying to make sure my job will be here when I get back and what precautions should I take.

Provide a copy of your ADT orders and apply for short term military leave with your company. You may have to apply through a company website or it could be as easy as sending your orders to your HR rep. Also look up your companies military leave policy as they may pay a differential. My company offers a 20 business day military differential. By USURA Job should be there when you return.

Yes. I've been there 6 months and do good work but yes im still technically in probation period.

Kind of a sticky phase where they can terminate, not that they would, just cover your 6.
