I have an interview for the Customer Service Disabled Veterans Outreach Specialist. Does anyone have any advice that can help me?

Learn about the many resources available to Veterans, especially locally - DAV, WWP, city/county/state-wide benefits, etc..

The job stuff will come relatively quickly. PATIENCE is what you will need refills on....gonna be plenty of old folks, phonies, angry folks that have been waiting a long time.....just breathe and be proud when you help close someone's case to their benefit.
In addition to learning as much as you can about what they do ahead of time, be ready to give examples and a couple of stories of when you have solved problems, and how well you deal with others.
