I have an NCOER from a while ago i would like to fight but sadly i don't know where to begin the process? Can anyone give me a direction?

Myou NCOER was removed in 2 months, So don't give up, I guarantee you can find a way to beat it

Myself and my senior rater fought the rating given the situation, 1SG wouldn't budge and they gave me a 4.... bc of that I have a 9W code for reenlistment. I am trying to fight the 4 and have it changed to a 3 instead

1SG Kindstrand provided the regulations for you. You just need to make sure that you have grounds for an appeal. I've had Soldiers try to appeal NCOERs because they received 3/3 or 3/4 ratings. But the rater had counseling's and the rated SM couldn't provide any documentation or evidence to support their claims. Your best bet would be to seek out other Senior NCO's that you have worked with that are willing to provide statements on your behalf. Read the DA Pam it gives you sample memos and everything you need to file an appeal. Good luck.
