I have been out of the Army since February of 2012. How do I appeal my disability compensation that I am receiving?

If its been more than a year since you received your VA decision letter then you cannot appeal. But you can file for an increase on your service connected disability. Just make sure you have medical evidence that shows your condition has become worse. I would suggest finding a VSO near you that can help you with your claim.
