If you processed with a waiver you will not need one again unless you have accrued new charges.

If you're trying to go active duty from reserves. Yes they will be looked at again. How many Misdemeanors did you have? And what were they for?

SFC, back in 2007 the waivers were done for for misdemeanors and I still have the packet in the envelope for that 2007 enlistment.

I am a prior service currently serving in the Army reserves and waiting on a conditional release request packet to be either approve or denied by 2nd Psychological Operations Group. My question is I have misdemeanor charges from over 14 years ago and when I went in back in 2007 the recruiter back then needed to submit for waivers

SSG Dennis Mendoza - Yeah shouldn't be an issue, at least what I've dealt with. Right now is the easiest time to join for prior service for sure.

It is true PS are being considered now more than even 6 months ago. However I will tell you moral waiver generally are approved based on the whole person concept. Recent events count more than past, and a single mistake fairs better than multiple.
