Me personally I know how to shoot with one I scored 40/40 on the new tables. But explaining it to someone is a little difficult

It’s the ACOG. Don’t know if that’s the correct term for it

SPC (Join to see) should be in that manual.
Don't forget that iron sights are still required to be qualified with once a year. Just because units have optics doesn't mean people get to ignore their BUIS.

CW2 (Join to see) thank you SFC. And I’m tracking, I believe we are doing both but I’ve been instructed to teach a class with the sight before EST

SPC (Join to see) can be a good class to prove to your superiors of your teaching ability. It can quickly become a rather long class. Concepts such as parallax and external ballistics all play into the use of a scope.

I am a Professional Certified Firearms Instructor. I teach Rifle and Pistol Marksmanship to civilians and Law Enforcement. I instructed at Fort Benning and Bragg before I retired. Message me on her and I will send you my Email. Put in the message the information you need and I will help you run down the references.

When is your class?
