I joined AFROTC and my boyfriend is having a hard time with it. I know of female military s.o. support groups. Are there male support groups?

My boyfriend is having a hard time with me joining and he wants to know if there are support groups or information out there to help male military spouses or significant others for when I complete the ROTC program?
