According to regulation (I forget the AR offhand) you have 6 months from your child's DOB before you have to take a record APFT. Aside from getting a record APFT on file, and without knowing any other details of your situation, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be allowed to reenlist.

Your question should be directed to your unit Re-enlistment NCO, a lot depends on favorable work reports, because with the force reductions it comes down to work performance (NCOER).
