I'm currently here at ALC Ft. Lee, and this forum has greatly contributed to what I have brought to the class in our group discussions on how to deal with leaders, leadership, and Soldier issues. Some of the things that I used to be very "set in stone" about, have altered because everyone here has had a different angle on similar experiences. You provided me with that insight, and made me scratch my head and say: "I see your point." So thank you RP and for all of you who participate!

With a mixture of veterans and civilian leadership entwined in a military culture, one can strike gold in the area of leadership psychology. The wonderful thing about people is that we are all different and when handled right it can be a wonderful thing.Graduate school leadership programs are where the instructor becomes more of a mediator of ideas and not just a dictator of lesson plans. Perhaps some of officer and senior NCO leadership schools can take a page out of this book and apply it in a military paradigm. Great topic.
